Welcome to Inchin’s Bamboo Garden, a vibrant gem nestled in Irvine, California, where the flavors of Asia converge in a delightful fusion culinary experience. Located at 3850 Barranca Pkwy Suite O - A, this urban oasis offers an expansive menu that tantalizes the taste buds with dishes that celebrate both Indo-Chinese and traditional Indian cooking.
From the moment you step inside, the aromatic spices and vibrant colors set the tone for an unforgettable meal. Their starters are an exciting introduction to the menu, featuring Veg Lettuce Wraps ($15.60), filled with fresh vegetables and a delicious black bean trio. For those craving something spicier, the Chicken 65 ($16.80) and Pan Fried Chili Fish ($18.00) promise a flavor explosion that captures the essence of Indian spices combined with Asian techniques.
The true magic of Inchin’s Bamboo Garden lies in its entrees. Signature dishes like the AK47 Chicken, known for its sky-high spice levels that challenge even the most daring of palates, showcase the restaurant's penchant for bold flavors. Meanwhile, the Orange Chicken ($20.40) and Chili Mustard Fish ($22.80) balance tang and heat, creating a harmonious blend that leaves you wanting more.
The customer experience, while primarily focused on the food, may sometimes be affected by service timing—as noted by a few patrons. However, the joy of indulging in dishes like the Chili Chicken and Mango Lassi, which has been praised for its rich, thick consistency, often overshadows any minor service hiccups.
For those looking to explore vegetarian options, dishes like Paneer Makhani ($21.60) and Yellow Daal Fry ($12.00) not only cater to diverse dietary needs but also provide a comforting taste of home. Portions are generous, and as mentioned by some reviewers, they ensure that you leave with a contented belly.
Inchin’s Bamboo Garden is not just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of culinary creativity that invites everyone to explore a unique range of flavors. Whether you are a spicy food aficionado or a lover of mellow, creamy dishes, this venue offers something for every palate. Overall, it's a must-visit spot in Irvine that guarantees satisfaction, both in taste and experience.

I don't know why this place doesn't have more stars for the rating. Food and portion size are both really good! All the food comes piping hot and the portion sizes are massive! Definitely recommend the place. All the entries come with rice on the side (good amount of rice) so think about that when ordering. Veg Hakka noodles was so light and flavorful and had a really nice taste of its own without any side dish needed! Chili Vegetables were actually VERY spicy! Don't get me wrong, I actually love spicy food and found the chili chicken (which was supposed to be spicy) a good dish. But this dish was actually hella spicy! Definitely take the rice on the side or some fried rice or haka noodles to neutralize the taste. Vegetables were cooked perfectly tender and the sauce was nice as well. Just very spicy. Loved the Chili Chicken (dry). Chicken is cooked well, not too much batter coating outside the actual pieces or anything like that. Spice level was perfect and reminded me of Chili Chicken I had at an Indo-Chinese restaurant in India. Only downside is that there were a lot of onions in the plate to fill up space. I would have appreciated more chicken in there. Chicken Manchurian was also very nice. Not super sweet, not salty, not tangy. Just a very good flavor. Good amount of gravy in there as well, and went nicely with the Hakka noodles. Husband got the Mango Lassi and it was very thick and strong mango flavor and actually super nice. I had a hard time stopping myself from finishing it up.
